Every year since their opening in 2008, The Bruery have brewed a special beer to celebrate the winter holiday season. This line of beers, now known as "The 12 Days Collection" are The Bruery’s take on holiday, winter, and Christmas-themed beer, inspired by the English Christmas carol, The Twelve Days of Christmas. This week on the show, Ryan Dick and Daniel Munoz of The Bruery join us at Bruery Terreux to celebrate the culmination of this holiday beer collection by sampling the 12 freshly-brewed beers of The 12 Days Collection.

The 12 Days Collection box set is available for purchase at The Bruery and Bruery Terreux! Not only can you try the beers at The Bruery and Bruery Terreux in California, you can also enjoy them in Washington D.C., Chicago, and New York during The Bruery’s The 12 Days of Christmas Tour on Friday, December 13. Many of these locations will also be serving up the original vintage beers along side the freshly-brewed beers! Happy holidays, indeed!

Rick Smets from Stereo Brewing Company joins us once again for the third of his four appearances on the show, and he brought hardware with him. Well, not actual hardware, but he did bring ROBOT, an imperial red ale that earned the brewery a silver medal at the 2018 Great American Beer Festival!

Christmas is John’s favorite time of the year. The weather during the holidays is nice and cool (especially in Southern California), the holidays make for good times with family and friends, and the beers are festive and bountiful. John brought two beers that he thinks are absolute staples for the season, as well as two other beers that could probably be enjoyed at anytime during the year, but fit in especially well with the holiday season.
