Fruit! Pineapple! Party! Pineapple is one of the most complimentary fruits that can be added to beer. It’s tart, refreshing, clean, and tropical. It’s typically found in beers like Berliner Weiss and wheat beers (like we have examples of on the show this week), but can also be utilized in cider, kombucha, and cocktails. This week, Tim brought a variety of pineapple-infused beverages that demonstrate how versatile the fruit can be.

Yes, it was fun while it lasted indeed. Just when craft beer was steadily gaining ground on the big macro brands, BOOM—hard seltzer, kombucha and canned wines steal the market and win over millennials, thereby crushing the beer industry and sending brewery owners into panic.
