Since the departure of our good friend Matt, the Four Brewers has been but a mere threesome. Today, that changes as we are excited to announce a new fourth brewer, Tim Mather. Tim is the co-founder of the beer app Untappd and formerly the host of the Drinking Socially podcast. A novice home brewer, Tim brings with him years of experience with beer technology, data, and culture.

On this show, Tim shares with us two beers he picked up while road tripping through Utah and we discuss the strict alcohol laws of that state. We also check out some other beers from across the country including Sherwood, Old Man Hatten, and the elustrius KBS.
