226: Matt Becker’s Final Show

All things must come to an end. As you can tell from the title of this week’s episode, it’s Matt Becker’s final show as a member of The Four Brewers Podcast, and needless to say, we’re all pretty bummed about it. Matt and his partner, Cass, are moving to North Carolina in the coming weeks where he’ll be starting a new career at the Oskar Blues brewing facility in Brevard.

But, don’t get too bummed just yet! We’ve got 20 beers (!!!) on the show this week, and we’re having some fun! John Ryti and Sara Kidd also join us on the show this week, sharing beers, memories, and good times.

Personally, I will miss Matt a lot. I’ve known Matt for ten years, and I’ve been making shows and drinking beers with him for just as long, going back all the way back to the New Brew Thursday days of podcasting with Stephen Johnson and Brad Kohlenberg. Matt’s a sharp dude, has a unique sense of style, and in general, is an outgoing and caring person. I’ve had a lot of great times with him, and wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors.
