Of the few breweries who make actual gluten-free craft beer, many of them either don’t make it to your local bottle shop, or are only available with limited selection and diversity. So, just like Homebrewers in the 70’s and 80’s who couldn’t get their hands on the high quality beers they wanted, it’s time to make your own. This week, we have in-studio guest, Robert Keifer, who is both an advocate and brewer of gluten-free beer.
Not only does Robert drop a truck load of knowledge on us about making 100% gluten-free beer, he also brings us five of his gluten-free homebrews!
